The Board of Directors of Blue Hill Cemetery, Inc. ask that you comply with the following Rules and Regulations:

RESTRICTIONS: The following items ARE NOT ALLOWED

NO PLANTING – of any kind
NO STATUES – of any kind
NO LIGHTS, CANDLES OR VIGIL LIGHTS – of any kind
NO PLANT HANGERS or FLAG HANGERS
NO PLASTIC, WOODEN or STEEL CROSSES, PLASTIC SIGNS
DO NOT HANG ANYTHING ON or ATTACH ANYTHING TO TREES
NO STONE, MULCH or BORDERS OF ANY KIND PLACED AROUND MEMORIALS
DO NOT HANG or ATTACH ANYTHING TO TREES
BIRD HOUSES – See Superintendent
NO HOMEMADE TEMPORARY NAME PLATES

(Temporary Name Plates can be provided by the Cemetery for a
limited placement period)
The Cemetery reserves the right to remove any of the
above items found on your Lot and/or unauthorized
items not meeting with Cemetery Specifications.

BRONZE MARKERS

If you do not presently have a bronze marker and wish to have one placed on the Lot, please call or stop into the Cemetery Office for proper restrictions. All markers must have a vase and will be installed by the Cemetery.

FLOWERS – SPRING / SUMMER / FALL / WINTER

Fresh cut or artificial flowers can be placed in the vase of the bronze memorial in April, weather permitting, through November 1st.

We ask that all Lot Owners remove all flowers and turn the vase down for the winter. If this is not done, the Cemetery will remove all flowers and invert the vase the first week of November.

Winter – All winter arrangements will be removed in March. Christmas Trees, oversized wreaths and plastic figures ARE NOT ALLOWED.

If there is a question as to what can be done on the Lot, please check with the Office.

MEMORIAL DAY –
All potted plants will be removed 10 days following Memorial Day.

FUNERAL FLOWERS –
The Cemetery will remove funeral flowers 3 days following the interment.

 

 

NOTE: All Bronze Lots must be paid in full before installation of a memorial.

The Cemetery is not responsible for items left on Lots
