Blue Hill Crematory is a third-party cremation service provider that has been exclusively partnered with licensed funeral homes since 2014. To arrange a cremation and, if desired, a service in the Ridge Room, please contact the funeral home of your choice – the professionals there will coordinate all arrangements and discuss associated fees on your behalf.

The Ridge Room

The Ridge Room is a serene, welcoming space for small gatherings of family and friends — from a quiet farewell on the patio to a full ceremony with the opportunity to witness the start of the cremation process.

Scheduling Guidelines

  • All events must be scheduled by funeral home personnel — not directly with the public.
  • A minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Available Tuesday through Friday at 11:00 am or 12:00 pm. One event per day.
  • Event fees are in addition to standard cremation fees.

  • Fees for all events are listed on our Price List. All events are coordinated through your funeral home.

Crematory Farewell

A brief gathering on the patio at the front or side entrance. Attendees do not enter the facility or witness the start of the cremation process.

Attendees escort the casket or cremation container into the Ridge Room and remain to witness the start of the cremation process.
