Above-Ground Placement of a Cremation Urn in a Columbarium Niche
The prices listed below are for the RIGHT OF PLACEMENT (INURNMENT) of two urns per niche. The purchaser / deed holder owns the RIGHT OF PLACEMENT while Blue Hill Cemetery retains ownership of the property.

The prices listed below do not include inscribed personalized memorialization on the granite front of the niche; please click on the ANCILLARY CHARGES tab on our home page to view those charges.
Please note the inside dimensions indicated for the niches in each columbarium category; if two urns are to fit in a niche, the urns must be sized appropriately. Urns must be made of a durable material such as wood, metal, glass, stone, ceramic, plastic, or reproductions of those materials.

The Ossuary
Communal Chamber $650
The Ossuary is a chamber in the center of the Columbarium structure.
Prices includes the right to place cremated remains in the Ossuary. The cremated remains being placed in the Ossuary will be there together with other cremated remains in a communal space. Placement of cremated remains in the ossuary is irreversable and permanent.
Prices do not include the fee for placing cremated remains in the ossuary.
Prices do not include permanent memorialization.
Cremated remains cannot be placed in the ossuary if contained in an urn. Cremated remains must be in a durable and transparent polybag.
Blue Hill Cemetery personnel will remove the durable and clear polybag containing cremated remains from an urn and transfer them into a dignified fabric pouch to facilitate placement in the ossuary chamber.
WOODLAND TERRACE COLUMBARIUM GARDEN & OSSUARY
